Hi All,
Up till a few days ago I was using GE without any problems but now I don't get any map info displayed. All I get is place names, borders and roads shown but no map, apart from that the screen is black.
I seem to be using GE Pro now although I have not initiated any update so no idea why I've now got GE Pro.
I am not a geek and I use GE as a tool so I have no idea how to sort out this problem.
Is it a Windows 10 update problem, graphics card prob or is the new GE needing some other setting to show the Earth?
Regards,
Jomacot

Hi jomacot, Welcome to the GE Community forum. Sounds like GE has automatically updated on you. The best place to get any answers to this relatively new problem would be the Google Earth and Maps help forum HERE . We will all be looking at this as it seems a few problems have been created with this new auto update process.

Thanks Nostranger,
It was the OpenGL that was the problem, setting 3D to DirectX solved it.
Cheers, JM
