I don't know why but once you find it and type it in Google Earth it will take you to a different place. I had to follow the link from Wikipedia.

Well done all! The answer >> Fort De Roovere near Halsteren in the Netherlands. The bridge is sometimes called Moses bridge because it appears to part the waters (Exodus 14, 21-22), or Trench bridge. 51.5288° N, 4.3011° E
