It's a very rare occurrence, but when it does happen, it usually ends with casualties.
And so it sadly transpired on this occasion. 2 sailors died with another 15 injured.
Monday, 5th December 2016 will be a day that the Indian Navy would rather forget as the delicate process of un-docking a warship went wrong.
