How Do I Post KMZ Data

I'm a dweeb with way too much free time on my hands. I utilized Google Earth to create a fairly extensive map of the hiking trails within the Wind River Range in Wyoming.  However, I'm unsure how I share the information with people so they can utilize the map.  I'd appreciate any guidance you can offer about how I can post the information.  It's not proprietary and I'll be delighted to share it with anybody who can assist me.
