Advise for new developer

Hello,

I want to develop an application using Google Earth which shows Earth seen from the cockpit of a flying airplane.

I'm new in Google Earth and I have started reading some document about KML but did not find (understand) the way Google Earth will periodically move regarding a position given by a server on the network.

Is there somebody in the community who could advise me regarding application I want to do (documentation to read, concept, forum..) ?
