Based on GE archive imagery (Time slider) data it was been done between 9/2003 and 11/2004, so more likely in 2004.
Club name can be read on sign by using GE StreetView, just drop your little yellow chap right in the middle of the X sign painted on the road.
(notice, that GESV imagery date: 11/2016 - whoa! badass sign! they also might look after it well at the club of course.)
