Strange lights on a skyscraper in Pyongyang

Its best to create a >> Placemark << Rather than using coordinates.

As ET says, it's best to create a placemark. Placemarks are what make it really easy to communicate views in this forum.

That being said, it looks like light flare off a metal roof on a small building next to the skyscraper. You can see the roof without flare by using the Historical Imagery button at the top border of the map.
