If you remember/check out my Maigret puzzles you will know the city. Here is a screenshot that I recognized in the movie Inferno. Based on some details, I found the place on Street View Follow Robert Langdon's footsteps and post a GSV from near here :-)

The steps threw me at first, but there's a great blue dot across the street that shows a nighttime view of the steps and building in the background.

ANSWER
Lots of scenes in the movie Inferno were actually shot in Hungary, partly at the Korda Studios in Etyek, and partly on locations in Budapest.
The couple on the screenshot is standing at about 47°29'14.37" N 19° 3'27.53" E
(Across the street is the university that I graduated from almost 30 years ago.)
