It looks that my clue didn't serve its purpose so here is another clue! Both clues point to same city;

Thanks to the first clue, I was able to find reference to one structure yesterday. However, when checking the site in both GM & GE, there were no street views, and no blue or orange dots. It was early/mid-morning Thai time, and I've noticed a similar problem before. This morning, the dots are there? Maybe my PC doesn't like to work that early in the morning!

Well done Krenek, Utapao, Winni, George S, hhgygy and Lock. The answer is; The two patterns can be found at Kew Gardens and at the Milan Expo.
Known as "The Hive" it was designed by UK based artist Wolfgang Buttress. Originally created for the UK Pavilion at the 2015 Milan Expo. Later it was reconstructed at Kew gardens. Blue Dot #1Blue Dot #2 Source of info
