nope! -the one you have spotted is a "...mural painted on the parking lot of the Christopher Columbus Italian-American Society by artist Jorge Rodriguez-Gerada..." / mysanantonio.com

it is rather something like these by Guido van Helten, who also paints local people's realistic portraits onto huge surfaces. Ella and Pitr paint mostly whimsical, sketch-like characters with less political charge than the ones by BLU for example.

Source given below mentions this one is the new bigest in Europe with its 2,3 acres, but it would be still far from the 21.000 square meters of "Lilith and Olaf" from my opening post.

Correctly it is 2,3 hectares (23.000 square meters) so really, it is the new champion: (OP edited!)

... Depicting an elderly woman looking pensive and leaning on the ring road, it took ten days to complete and several hundred litres of paint which were mostly hand-sprayed.

It was commissioned by the collective Art En Ville, after the company managing the site, Viparis, approached them as part of a modernisation project.

The piece of work is destined to be ephemeral as the building will be demolished in 2022. ...
