I'm not sure about the clue either! Found it by guessing at the blurred word in the original pic. The clue pertains to the blurred word. The second image which is symbol of recycling hints at Anagram of the first image. |

The clue indicates the red Planet (Mars) searching for Railway Arms (Recycled Mars) will lead to answer.
