Hi
I'm an FTTH engineer, I'm currently surveying some streets in Dublin and asking the home owner if they want our fibre cable attached to their property.
This requires our engineers to call to each property along the streets and ask the homeowner for permission to cable their property.
If they grant us permission to cable, this needs to be highlighted maybe by changing the colour of the unit to green or red for a refusal. Can this information be captured using Google earth?
Ideally my boss would like to see the status of each street in real time (red or green).
