Good afternoon from the UK!
I've arrived at your community because I have a question regarding Google Earth Pro.
It seems really strange, but my Google Earth Pro (desktop app) shows completely different - and much less accomplished - 3D information than that shown on both vanilla Google Earth (desktop app) and even the browser based Google Maps. Many of the buildings in GE Pro, particularly in London, are missing or are badly modelled - in fact it looks like many of the models have been prepared in SketchUp rather than from the detailed photogrammetry used in the other Google mapping products.
Have any of you got an explanation for this or maybe have the same problem? It seems like GE Pro is loading an old set of information, but clearing my cache and reinstalling seems to have no effect.
Any help or suggestions you might have would be very much appreciated...
Thanks for reading!

Hello and welcome There are three settings that need to be on to see the 3D imagery: - Tools - Options - 3D View tab - "Use 3D Imagery (disable to use legacy buildings)".
- "3D buildings" in the Layers panel.
- "Terrain" in the Layers panel if using the pro version of Google Earth.
Possibly "Terrain" has been turned off. That option only exists in the Pro version of Google Earth. Without it Google Earth is flat and you won't see the 3D imagery.
For the future, it's best to ask help questions in the official help forum. Thank you.
