I had transformed a gpx file coming from my GPS into a .rdn file, for use in IGNRando, using GPSU. Since I can't find the original gpx file, I re-transformed the .rdn into .gpx using GPSU but I can't create a tour with this gpx. file. I tried comparing its code with the code of a gpx file that works for creating a tour, reading both files in Notepad++ but it is getting a bit complicated for me. If someone around knows the code and would have a bit of time to examine the faulty gpx file, I'd be very grateful.

If you don't like MY SUGGESTED SOLUTION of making a simpler, faster tour to look down on your gps track, I have no further suggestions. I have no idea how to edit your gps based tour. Normally, I would suggest that you seek out experts in the Google Earth Help Forum, but my guess is that you won't get much help there, either. There is a site called Every Hike that is still in the Gallery Level, although it, like GEC, is no longer updated in the Layer. This site I believe is still active, and I think there are probably others that share gps files. I check out some of these, where I think you are apt to find people with a lot more experience that you're liable to find here. (I've already said this to you in a PM, but I'm repeating it here in case anyone else is ever interested.)
