CLUE krenek has already posted the clue image. This graffiti is north of the bridge in the middle and hence north of the monument on the left but on the same side of the river. |

ANSWER This grafitti of the great Bud Spencer (R.I.P.) was made by Hungarian Grafitti artist TakerOne near the Filatorigát suburban railway stop in Budapest, an "official" grafitti zone.
