This unique architectural riverfront estate, dubbed “Tukal”, is located on Dock Lane in Beaulieu, Brockenhurst, Hampshire, UK.
It was designed in the early 1960’s by architect Seymour Harris so that he could drive his Aston Martin up a ramp straight into the first-floor parking bay and turning circle.
The Contemporary style mansion is situated on 10 acres that include a lake, gardens and a private mooring pontoon on the Beaulieu river. It features approximately 19,408 square feet of living space on 3 floors.
The ground floor features a large reception hall, two staircases, the master suite, 4 additional bedroom suites (two of them share a jack-and-jill bathroom), a studio, 2 powder rooms, a balcony and an amazing circular indoor swimming pool with walls of windows and skylight.
