This was initially posted on the Google Earth Community and was linked to the Halton Regional Police records. It relates to an UNSOLVED murder on Milton, Ontario Canada. I was asked today if that could be re-established as they are in the process of producing a re-enactment of the crime.

On Wednesday February 21, 2007 the victim (Ray Venerus) left his home between 7:30 am and 9:45 am in his Jeep. He travelled north on Dublin Line (west of Regional Road 25) towards 5 Sideroad (the first main road north of Highway 401). He was murdered by unknown assailants and the YouTube video suggests drivers on Highway 401 may have witnessed the crime scene.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (1-800-222-8477).
