Intersting geoglyph of a computer? Bathtub?

I can't believe all the odd things I'm seeing randomly around the desert tonight. This one looks relatively new. Any idea what it is?

I looked again and there is another one below, exactly like it. Really odd.

 Also what seems to be "a bathtub" is probably just some abandoned project. No conspiracy here.

This is anything but abandoned, there is a lot of activity that wasn't there a couple of years ago. If you zoom closer into the lower one, it appears to be a very busy airport. Those look like military jets taxiing down the runway. There are also jets in the "feet" that look new. Also, I have never seen an airport in this strange configuration. It looks like the purpose of the design is to be seen from space. To the lower left of the upper one there is a 'bullseye' that looks brand new. Please don't blow me off.. something weird is going on here and it is definitely not of the commercial variety way out here in the remote desert with no major roads around it.

Thank you, I did search around but couldn't get it quite right, so thanks for the info! As for those craters, they could be hills instead of craters. They all look too perfect to have been created by explosions.
