Trailer circles and craters

While looking around GE tonight I noticed a couple of weird things and would like to know if anyone has an idea of what is going on in these two places:

Scattered around this area of the California desert are what looks like trailers in a circle. In each of the circles there is some object in the middle and it looks like groups of people standing around them. Also around some of them are glyphs or paths drawn around them. More than one has a circular path somewhere near their site. What could they all be doing at the same time on that day of the image?

This valley is filled with what looks like craters. They all have something in the middle of them. I've never seen these before.

The trailer thing looks like dirt bike aficionados. That crater you listed is the Sedan crater, a nuclear detonation test. Looking at all the marks on the GEC layer, they detonated a bunch of nukesin the valley there.

Enable the Panoramio photo, Wikipedia and the Google Earth Community  (GEC) layers in Google Earth layer list, because someone might have already found it and posted something on the Internet about it. The GEC layer was made by Google by data mining the old GEC forums and the Wikipedia layer was made by mining every Wikipedia text that provides coordinates.

I don't see it under Photos/Panoramio and everything is up to date. I also don't have a community layer. I looked under Place Categories and in every sub folder. How exactly do I get to the GEC layer?

Could be offroad get together, among the RV's and trailers, I see ATV's.
Not craters but perhaps created by vehicles.
