Software upgrade requests

Proboards are developing the next release of their software, V6.

If anyone want's to see something new or to have the ability to do something, please post here and I will request it.

I have asked for the ability to upload photo's direct from Google photo's without having to have them hosted.

• I like your image hosting suggestion.
• I would put "Forum Information & Statistics" at the top of the opening page, because I always start with "Recent Posts".
• Allow residents of all countries to make paypal contributions. (Mine won't be much, but it will be in US$, even though I live elsewhere.)
• I would like email notification of inbox and notifications, as well as the notice of replies we presently have.
• And of course, more than anything else, download privileges for guests.

I have times when I need to generate a picture/map of an area that is bigger than the view when set a a specific altitude (say 1000 feet). At one time NASA Ames Research Center created a program called GEOCP that allowed the user to define the area of interest and then select the altitude value. Then the software started in one corner of the desire area and sort of bulldozed across the selection area creating a single file that showed the area at the desire altitude. It turns out that the software has not been updated since 2008 and is no longer being used by the NASA Ames Research Center resulting in the fact that the software won't work in the new versions of Google Earth Pro. It would be nice if Google Earth had this capability built in. The main focus of the original software was to allow users to use the data offline when internet connection is impossible.
