Do attached files in this forum get added to the GE Community placemarks if not redundant?

the small blue "i" - GE Community layer content has been freezed by about the time we were moved to the Google-Page-Forum some years ago. since then no user content is to be processed into GE layers.
does not mean, you (or others) do multiple marks: it will not cover GE surface with small blue "i"s anymore. (at least until other decision)
so every time in your reply posts feel free to attach your files ever these contain "duplicate" marks compared with GEC layer content or not. if you give details in your post/kmz description about that, it will be okay for everyone I think.
