Noticed this in the Frederick Reefs of the Coral Islands. In the 2009 historic photo the structure is easier to see, with a path-like area on West of the reef. Probably a light-house or maybe even a (natural) well carved rock or something. Second, (only in the '09 image) I found a shipwreck just south of the lonely structure in the same reef. This I'm fairly certain is the Royal Charlotte they discovered in 2012, but I'm not sure if it's been reported on Google Earth. (it's not in the Shipwrecks)
