There has been an amendment in the ToS at Proboards, our forums host. I doubt this will affect anyone here, but it's our policy to keep all our members informed of any changes made. STATEMENT FROM PROBOARDS Recently there was some debate on this forum about whether or not ProBoards should assist users in removing posts they made on forums that they no longer have the ability to remove themselves. After allowing community comment and completing our own internal discussions, we have decided to modify our existing policy. We will no longer remove all posts made by a user upon their request. However, we will remove posts made by the user if the postings violate our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or if those posts contain any of the user's personal information (for example: email addresses, phone#, real name, etc). Further to this, we will also delete the user account on the forum at the user's request. We believe that this policy update reflects both the needs of respecting user privacy and that of forum admins. Patrick Clinger President and CEO ProBoards, Inc. We at the nGEC will, however, consider removing all posts made by our members if requested to do so via PM or to me at mentalcat@gmail.com Please title any such request..." nGEC delete request", this must be done using the same email address you signed up with. If you wish to see Proboards full ToS, they can be found at the bottom of the pages. Thanks TheLedge
