Usually, not always, I see a blank zone, without satellite detail , about 2 million acres, in both Google Earth and in the Pro version. However in Google Maps I can see right the satellite view. The zone corresponds an area of Tarragona province, in Spain, around 40°57'29.6"N 0°52'45.2"E.
Perhaps be a configuration problem. Please can someone help me to fix it?

That's a graphic card issue. Normally, they disappear after a restart as in your case. If they don't, try clearing the cache. Switching to OpenGL or to DirectX can help too.
