Sharper imagery using the available MRO Context imagery shows no matching "bump". It is most likely an imagery error. Pixels sometimes get scrambled. See HERE.
There is a much larger patch of imagery error not far south of the crater which is also not seen in the in the MRO imagery.

yeah, probably glitch... at least nothing is visible inside the crater, neither on HRSC imagery. good spotting!
