Sharper imagery using the available MRO Context imagery shows no matching "bump". It is most likely an imagery error. Pixels sometimes get scrambled. See HERE.
There is a much larger patch of imagery error not far south of the crater which is also not seen in the in the MRO imagery. |

yeah, probably glitch... at least nothing is visible inside the crater, neither on HRSC imagery. good spotting! |
