Object Measures : 7Ft In Diameter x 3.30Ft High

Perhaps a water tank, but it seems out-of-place to be a storage tank in the middle of nowhere on Archuleta Mesa.

What ever it is it wasn't there on earlier coverage of 5/2/13. Also, no tracks leading off the road to the area of the object suggesting it was brought in to that position, so I'm going out on a limb and call it a spent weather balloon.
