Hi, this help article explains how to use historical imagery in Google Earth: View historical imagery. You'd have to look and see if what you want is available. If it's not Google doesn't have it I'm afraid.

You could try some data providers to see what they have. You'd probably need to purchase imagery in that case. There are a few addresses listed in this post in the official help forum, but there are others, try doing an internet search for satellite and aerial imagery.
