Google Earth meshes to 3D design program

Hi all! I´m going really mad trying to learn to do this, searching all over the internet with no results. I´m sure must be pretty easy, but I can´t find anything usefull.
Please some good samaritan can explain to me how to export google earth meshes? I want to export my neighbourhood to 3DSMax or other simillar program.
Please, explain to me step by step. First how to select the area and next how to export it.
Please, save my life!

PD: I´m using Google Earth Pro.

Is that even possible? Competitors would love to steal the map data.

We are not allowed to export any layered data from GE.

But most of the data is from official sources. Try searching for those sources instead. If you are lucky enough, the data you need is already somewhere on the Internet.
