Nice find. Looks like a British Airways Airbus A318. This is quite small for a long-haul capable Airbus, but it's about the largest jet that can get into and out of London City Airport. The aircraft has a steep approach capability (5.5 degrees instead of the more usual 3 degrees) - this allows it to keep its noise footprint down. Similarly, on your Google Earth image you can see right into the engine intakes - this is because the aircraft is climbing out very steeply, again to minimise noise.  Image courtesy BACheers,
