Hi, Scraps,
I can see it fine. It look like a DH Otter seaplane and, yes, it's the same aircraft. The reason you're seeing two of them is that this is an aerial photo, rather than satellite imagery in this area. The seaplane is flying on an almost North-to-South course. The photo aircraft is flying above it on a true North-to South course, so for a short while the seaplane was flying underneath the photo aircraft and in the same direction, so every time the camera fired, it took a picture of the seaplane. In this case the courses of the aircraft weren't exactly the same so, after only two pictures, the seaplane had moved out of shot. Sometimes you see as many as 4 or 5 multiple exposures like this - it's not uncommon.

Nah, scratch the DH Otter - it's too small. More like a Cessna 206. I'd even go as far as to say that, from the livery, it's probably Cessna 206 #N9752Z of Brooks Seaplane, operating pleasure flights out of Coeur d'Alene on the north end of the lake. Cheers, Frank
