1: Diving school? It's parked close to the beach of Hotel Frangipani(?)/The Lovina Bali Resort.
2: They do love their outriggers. Maybe a larger variant of fishing boat.

First one (What kind of boat)? It looks like a floating dock for boats. Second one (Another strange boat)? It kind of looks like a Catamaran Yacht. |
