Well done krenek and alchemist! Here is a clue: The people of the city (and the country) woke up to a new situation on August 21, but strictly speaking, the events started on August 20, one hour before midnight.
This memorial refers to something that happened some five months later, so maybe I should have named this puzzle January 19. |
