GPS tracks

Preparatioions for Morrocco are at full speed and I need a favor: I have made a route on Via
Michellin auto route. I then transferred the route into a Garmin gpx file and imported that same file into Google earth. Unfortunately, what I could see on the map were the start (beginning) and end (final destination).
How can I fix it so that I can see the entire route with variations in altitude,.
length and so on? Is there some better software to do that, to import it subsequently
into Google Earth?
