Hi All Webpage support.google.com/earth/answer/176160?hl=en&ref_topic=2376762#ts=3220681 says "Use of Google Earth Pro requires a valid license key. As of January 20, 2015, Earth Pro licenses are now free. After getting your Earth Pro license, you can register, download, install, and sign in to start using Earth Pro's advanced features. If you do not have a key, use your email address and the key GEPFREE to sign in." My problem is I cannot use the key GEPFREE to fill in the webform & submit a problem to Google Earth Pro support - the support webform needs a License Key 15 digits long, beginning with “JCPM”. Any knowledgeable suggestions please. Regards Jed Australia

Good'ay Jed, Welcome to the GEC, I'm wondering what webform page/site it is that you can't access ? can you provide a link to it please. Also, if you're signed into GE pro, you should be able to report a problem by going to the drop down menu , clicking HELP, then selecting "send feedback" follow the prompts from there. There is also a Google Earth Help Forum that you could try for assistance. Cheers.

Thx Nostranger. I received this email back from the Google Earth Pro Support Team which answered my query - ie Google Earth Pro Support is available for existing paid clients only

As you're using the free license, unfortunately you're not eligible for support.However you can visit this link to get more information regarding memory and disk cache preference. As you're having problem loading a KML file, it seems you're file is corrupted and due to that reason you're GEP crashes. In future if you need any help, you can visit this link to access Google Support Forum where you can submit your question.

I also have plenty of 3815Mb of available video memory. See attached
