EDIT 7/28/2017:

New visitors will see many "blanks" where photos should be. The photo-hosting site, Photobucket, stopped allowing 3rd party hosting unless users pay $55 per year for only 2,500 photos. I am deciding whether I want to find all of the photos again, or simply delete my contributions and start over again.

Click through the pages to see posts that DO have photos! Thank you...Diane

These dogs, mostly feral, live on Monkey Hill, Phuket, Thailand with the crowds of Monkeys that also live there.
Here is a blog about Phukets dogs by Clare Bickerton that tells a sorry tale of neglect for the thousands of stray and feral dogs of Phuket.

I've read about those dogs, too, Farceur, and the strays of India. They have a very rough life and also carry rabies at a much higher rate than strays of more developed countries.
Your photo at the bottom is a real eye-opener. Blog about the pariah dogs of India.

This man's story is remarkable. Sandip Karan is the Street Dog Doctor of India. He is now also a board member of the SPCA of Kolkata. I've followed him on FB for a few months after seeing an article about him by chance.

Sandip Karan examines a patient at his home-hospital. See the above link for a lot more photos and an article about his work.

Dog recuperates at the clinic, for which Karan wrote a funny caption. Photo uploaded a few hours ago on Karan's Facebook page.

Sorry, I don't have a kmz. GE crashed a couple of times while I was doing this and lost all placemarks.

I guess they have a bit of a problem with feral cats in Jerusalem.
