Case of a Missing Icescape [Closed]

I came across this GSV on streetviews.org, which generates random GSVs.

A look at the source code of the page gave me the information: "lat":"42.468350","lng":"0.874241","pitch":"-0.400","yaw":"179.950"

When I visited the coordinates 42.468350,0.874241, to my surprise, I found that there was no GSV or blue dot at this location.

The above image is Reverse Image Searchable, and an exact match can be found at espana.googleblog.com dated Nov. 28, 2012. (Picture #6 - La Vall de Boi)

I have visited practically all the nearby blue dots and some Google Street Views but couldn't find this view.

Maybe the wizards here can find it.

i'd say, it's a temporary problem..................

I think the issue is the street view has been updated since the original street view images were taken in 2012.

I remember GSV was being done on snowmobiles (ie: Whistler Mountain) in 2010/2011 onward but I don't know if they discontinued it.

It appears the update doesn't include the slopes but I think that's because the 2018 update was not done in winter.

streetviews.org shows it and one can move following the arrows (that's what i did for my capture): those SVs still exist ... ... but where?!

It's a bit of a long shot, but the imagery might be stored on a third-party server. The source code of the page includes a link to maplink.net. Recently, this link was inactive, and consequently, all the street views on streetviews.org appeared blank. A recent search revealed that Maplink is the largest reseller of the Google Maps Platform in Latin America.
