A room with a view + drone shot [ANSWERED]

Yet another (assumedly) completely unknown arthouse film for you [update]
1.

Much of the film takes place in this room with a view to the house opposite to it.

2. The film ends with this drone shot, slowly ascending until you see the blue planet. A bit cliché but let's stay close to the ground.

Before the ending drone shot you can see the protagonists coming to a picnic in quite a strange fashion:



I think now you can find which film it is.

It seems not all of my movie screenshots are RIS-able.

Instead of this room with a view I should have posted this one but it is too easy to find:



I would immediately recognise it as I lived near this place for 25 years. (Although this futuristic metro roof was not there while I lived there)

I guess everybody got the second one, it needs no clue.

This lesser known recent Hungarian film is about a woman who has a strange illness, she is allergic to everything from polluted air, polluted food to electric and magnetic waves etc.
Therefore she lives in an apartment that has no electricity and is insulated completely from the outside world.

She can only go outside her apartment in a spacesuit. Now what I have found about this apartment is that she could go downstairs to a Starbucks Café even though only in that spacesuit of hers.

thanks for the coffee at location #1 (could have found it without any clue but was not lucky enough, sigh...)

for location #2, i did not need anything, found it 3 minutes after hhgygy posted the puzzle, yeah!

found the film title after clue #1, thanks to keywords, yep!

1. The penthouse apartment is located in the so-called Mechwart-Liget district of Budapest.
