Walter's vacation itinerary (answer)

As Walter's Travel Agent I have planned his trip....

On April 6th he will pick up his rental car & check in at his hotel where he will relax.

On April 7th he will proceed directly to #1 to check their event schedule and since he's close he will walk over & tour #2

Later that day (April 7th) he will tour #3

On April 8th (the big day) he will arrive at #4 and enjoy a community watch party from 10am to 2pm with special programs and activities.
