I've been a map junkie since I was a child and I'm 73 years old now. When I discovered Google Earth years ago, I was delighted. Over the years, I've placed hundreds of map tacks on interesting places around the world that I've personally visited or more often, read or heard about. I'm finding that travelling by Google Earth is a lot less stressful than the real thing. That difficult trip to Luang Prabang, Laos has been indefinitely postponed.
I've been disappointed that Google doesn't seem to pay much attention to the Google Earth experience and it's for this reason that I joined the forum with the idea that maybe members here may help me with the occasional issue.
