Time for champagne. My favorite libation of all time, though Japanese Sake is a close second. Champagne country is easy to decipher, though this town was unknown to me until now.

CLUE
{Spoiler} Commune in the Aube Department. Google Maps marks this sculpture as a monument to the commune's champagne.

thanks for the clue! i wonder how you found this "monument", dagger66 ?! i now know "everything" about it and i only found 1 image of it with no mention of it! in GM, they have only 2 images > this town was unknown to me until now it's not a town but a (small) village, like 100 inhabitants! GM shows 6 champagne companies and none of them is "well-known", sigh i correctly identified the first letters of the name in the OP but it was of no help since no brand wears that name, it's only the commune's name i wonder too why the word monument is not written in french but in some eastern europe language...?! a nice find, but a difficult one

To answer Krenek ... I found this place while searching for abandoned buildings in Europe. Another hobby of mine. I should have mentioned that Google had it labeled in Polish.
