I was searching the wrong country and wrong cities. Took a Japanese Sake break, came back and brain reset to finally discover this place.

I thought about it but I think I don't know you enough... Edit: duh. I found it, lol. I should have followed my hunch from the start.

... and no sake. 😁 But I'll have some Beaujolais nouveau tomorrow (I don't usually like it that much, but I tasted it and this year's seems to be quite nice).

I am now more knowledgeable of this country's rock stars and music venues. It's a shame it has no relevance to this puzzle!

hhgygy, Walter_V_R, dagger66, johnluke, why2k, Utapao, well done! {ANSWER }Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 38, Budapest, Hungary, 47.5040794 19.055012, in this building lived 2 personalities and there are 2 plaques in their honor 1) John G. Kemeny (1926-1992) aka Kemény János György, best known for co-developing the BASIC programming language in 1964 with Thomas E. Kurtzhave a look at the plaque there back in the 80s, the first thing i learned about basic was the "go to" problem i liked pascal a lot and i did not like cobol that much 2) Tommy Ramone (1949-2014) aka Tamás Erdélyi who was the drummer for the influential punk rock band the Ramones from its debut in 1974 to 1978 first on the right have a look at the plaque there 255 views
