I think this is actually a Titan Airways BAe 146. Their liveries are very very similar. Pionair says "www.pionair..." on the side and doesn't have the stars on the tail. Also, Pionair the orange or moon or whatever it is is half orange half red, and Titan Airways (this one) is mostly orange with a bit of red. Most of Pionair's BAe 146s came from Titan Airways when they retired their models in 2017, but this one I think is still Titan Airways.
