Utapao balancing on ... (clue)

SV.    small clue, I was riding my bycie today when I noticed the little Utapaos on the top of the wall/fence.

For anybody still searching:  No internet references, as far as I know, as the house is no known spot, nor touristic attraction. 

All those of you who had found it, my hat off, specially having to look in so many corners

i used the correct method from the beginning (but i'm not patient enough as i used to be years ago)
then i tried the keywords method ...no chance!
so i came back to the method #1 aka browse the map using the only element we've got

now i understand all the elements of the puzzle and they are pretty good, well done, jesusmx !

I still don't know how Walter_V_R got there without the clue. He already explained in a private message, but with so many options and just one tiny bit of a clue he arrived easily a that corner. 

I hope the clue was enough to find the neighborhood, a very popular here in GEC.    If you are still looking for it, do not use keywords, you have to go in circles around the area, but if you are as wise as Walter, dagger66, utapao and Krenek, you may cut some corners,

Are you  still looking for this?
there are no references in the web about this house/property, so I consider it very difficult, and wonder how on hell/heaven our amazing friends arrived at the address with just a tiny bit of a clue.

There is an Utapao (not life size, but close if it's a baby) not too far, about 673 meters NW from this corner.
I made a puzzle of that Utapao.

Now you get why you needed to go around in circles (more accurately octagons) to find the correct corner.
