Can't find the one with snow, hope is this place

Finally, I had to visit a couple more of it's siblings:

I was wondering why **there**   but after checking the important data, my hat off for the very important reason.

Museum honouring a Soviet rocket science pioneer.

I just want to say, I found such a place this morning, after finally finding a photo of the same rocket using different keywords. But I couldn't find the right blue dot, and the place seemed different from the one in your image, so I looked for another rocket with the same name, but didn't find one. So I'm stuck again.

Just like I feared. I'm not at the right place. As I said I thought the place was different. That means there are two different places with this rocket. 
Edit: and I just went to a museum that bears the name of the guy who originated this rocket and it's nothing like it either. How many rocket museums do they have in that country? And why can't I find the right one?

Tsiolkovsky State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics, Ulitsa Akademika Koroleva, Kaluga, Russia. The Museum honours the Soviet rocket science pioneer Tsiolkovsky.

Sorry but I didn't find that city in his bio. And there are several placenames mentioned that I would have had to check anyway... Doesn't make much of a difference.
