Or maybe it is. I know someone who might find this very quickly, but I may be wrong. We'll see. I'll tell you if I'm right, and that will be a clue. But enough for now. No spoilers as usual please.

Double WhammyFirst JL posts a 3D view in which the object of search is not very clear and then Google balks and refused to do Reverse Image Search.

Sorry for your troubles CuriousJM, but a reverse search wouldn't work anyway, I think. Too bad our friend hasn't shown up yet, he might prove me right or wrong about whether he can find this easily. If I'm right, he'll post his image quickly. If not, I'll give you all an easy clue.

I have a question though, for anyone who looked at this puzzle. Did anyone try to download my image?

I have to tell you, Walter_V_R , as a Gamer and Trusted Member speaking to a Master Gamer and Trusted Member, I am surprised you didn't make the mental connection.

The filename didn't help. +1 and that thing in the b...?! In the background? The bushes? The bizarre surroundings? The image is not the thing that is going to help.

Well, it seems that the someone I was talking about has come back this evening, and solved a few puzzles, but not this one. I was wondering at the beginning if I was right in thinking he would find this place quickly, but as it turns out, apparently I was wrong. Which is amazing to me. You see, I found this place through him, even though he didn't know it. Now he does. You all do.
(I know a rule of F&G is no clue during the first day, but it's been almost 24 hours so...)

Great, Walter_V_R , but do you understand the title? It makes more sense when you know the name of the place.

Clue: Considering the subject, I find it surprising that Dagger66 hasn't found this yet. I found this place while investigating his interesting name and avatar.

You are not going to believe this, but I owned this tower and had this tower built. I lived nearby and have many friends still in the area. I also named this military location after moving from Augsburg. I retired from here almost 20 years ago. I was in charge of all intelligence communications and IT from Europe to the Middle East to Africa and deployed operations, especially Bosnia. Our unit is now at a different location which was after I retired. I knew johnluke was talking about me immediately after I saw the file name as junior, which I was baptized by the moderators since being a Newbie. I appreciate you finding my old Army unit insignia. I was proud of serving. Your distorted image had me looking in the wrong places because I was not thinking correctly with your filename clue. Sorry if I gave away the location.

Nice to know your background dagger66 and thank you for the hint. Till now I was unable to find the pole because Wikipedia doesn't mention the new location of the Brigade. I found it very quickly after reading your brief. Name of the place where this pole is located also surprised me.

WOW ! Thank you for sharing the back story, dagger66 ! I was far from imagining anything like this! I just google image searched your avatar and name, and found the wiki page for this place very quickly! (and I don't mean that other wiki article which doesn't have the name of this place, I mean the wiki article which BEARS the name of this place). I thought you took your name from there, I would never have thought you owned this place and built the tower! And considering your job there, no wonder you're good at retrieving information ! Anyway, it was my own little way of welcoming you here (not that I own this place!). They certainly shouldn't call you "junior". I mean that in a good way. And for others, just in case: one more clue: The title is a silly pun: the name of this place, which is also the title of the wiki article, is made of two words, one is Dagger, and the other is a noun, but this noun is also an adjective which means "not simple". Very simple, in fact !

Excellent job, everyone ! And especially dagger66 ! For you found the... ... Dagger Complex ! Put that in GE or GM and it will take you there. All the clues and explanations have been given in this thread. The big red and white antenna is how Dagger66 solves all these puzzles. It is directly connected to your computers, tablets and phones. Be careful ! Search "Dagger Complex" in Wikipedia to find the article about the complex, it has all the info. Impressive (and very discreet, somewhat sneaky) place.
