Vickers Viscount Collection

Here is a collection that I first started in the original Google Earth Community way back in 2007 

The Vickers Viscount was the first aircraft I ever flew in. The main thing that sticks in my mind were the large windows and lower flying altitude than todays modern jets. Giving a much better view of the world below.

This is a collection of all the Viscounts I could find in GE. some have already been posted, some are undercover and there are 2 that need the exact location confirming. but most are viewable in GE and were previously unposted.

All place marks contain a photo of the aircraft and where avavilable a web link to more information

I would welcome any additional information or comments on the aircraft in this file, or new locations if they have moved.

I'm glad the new software "agrees" with you. It's good to have you back. 

The unconfirmed location 701 in Brazil is actually visible now in GE.
It's in a pretty poor state looking at the Panoramio photos.
