Back on the commie road again [ANSWER]

B&B apparently missed the good old days in the post-Soviet Union countries so he returned to one of them
There is no street view in this country yet but I have found accurately placed blue dots for the screenshots from his adventure.
You need to watch and listen to identify these places but I think it is a pretty interesting travelog.

Only found two places.  Looked at many blue dots for that third one.  Will keep trying.
