Have you seen a big red p$$$$y? [FOUND]

This is a kind of challenge too, because I could not identify the exact place as the satellite image is either too old or too vague.
The latest scandal in Brazil is around a big red p*****y 
All I could find is the art center and this industrial building:

And this plant in Street View:


What I would need is the approximate location on Google Earth (satellite view) but I simply could not find it.

Yeah, but there is this picture showing that this 'artwork' is somewhere across some water (river or pond) but I simply cannot identify where.

The industrial area and the water bodies in bluedot. The artwork is probably somewhere at the vantage point of this bluedot or south of it.

Have a look at this Photosphere (Bluedot) in which the cubic structure as well as the rocket shaped structure (faintly visible in Walter's GSV) can be seen.

It is at Usina de Arte near Agua Preta, Perambuco, Brazil.
