I found it while surfing GSV. It hardly has a presence on the Web, so this may be one of those puzzles, like hhgygy’s tree, where the general area can be found without too much effort, but the exact location may present a problem (but never underestimate F&G members). I’ll prepare a clue. This is a modern drawing based on a map that was made more than 400 years ago. Image enhanced with GIMP. Street View image please.

The Dutch city of The Hague. We call it Den Haag, official name: ’s-Gravenhage, which means: the count’s hague. While it’s the seat of the national government and the two houses of parliament, it is not the capital of the Netherlands (which is Amsterdam). Korte Lombardstraat (hence the clue). 52.0754°N, 4.3035°E
