I wanted to post this as a puzzle, but after saving the screenshot I couldn’t find it again in the jungle of blue dots. So I decided to search some more and once I had found it I left the inset, the little map in the bottom left corner, in place as a help. But guess what, now I can’t find it a third time, the inset doesn’t help me. What I know is that there were two blue dot images from this angle, of which this is the best. You get to see them when you leave (following SV arrows) the chic restaurant to the southwest of the falls and go slightly to the right. I’m quite peeved that I can’t reproduce this little walk again. Other images of the falls are welcome.

I had no difficulty in seeing the blue dot. May be you need to clear your cache and/or restart your computer.

Well done all! After all this confusion on my part, here is the solution: The falls are called Chute-Montmorency or Montmorency Falls, located at the eastern border of Québec City in Canada, 46.8908°N, 71.1477°W. The hard-to-find (for me) Blue Dot is in front of a cable train station, 46.8855°N, 71.1452°W.
